THE INTERNATIONAL REMOTE VIEWING ASSOCIATION
In 1999 the International Remote Viewing Association (IRVA) was founded by a group of individuals many of
whom had been present in the remote viewing field since its inception including Hal Puthoff and Russell Targ. Several of the
original Stargate military remote viewing unit were also present including Lyn Buchanan, Skip Atwater and Paul Smith.
IRVA holds an annual conference and publishes a newsletter: the Aperture. IRVA can be contacted at www.irva.org.
